[XaraXtreme-dev] wxXtra licence

Hi,

the file wxXtra/WXXTRA-LICENSE refers to COPYING.LIB, which should
contain the LGPL, but that file is not included. Just to be on the safe
side, that should be put into the tarball, too. Other than that and the
CDraw-library, XaraLX should be legally fine to go into Debian.
Technically, I'm waiting for wxwidgets 2.6.3
