[XaraXtreme-dev] FW: Translations

Bobber,

Ok, I've put some translation instructions on the web site. All text
I've tried so far seems to be translatable except for menu text which
Luke will look into. I'd appreciate it if you and anyone else could go
through the process and let me have any feedback via this list.
