The one of significance is that there is a wxWidgets interface to
control double buffering, which is now (given wxGetMouseState got
into -rc1) the only direct call to gtk. I think the slider fix
was in -rc2 (not that I've fixed dlgmgr yet)

Yes, it sounds like 2.6.3 final would be a good idea, from an encapsulation point of view.
