Yes, we do have someone about to start working on the color editor.

It doesn't smooth anywhere near enough even at maximum smooth.

Yes, I have a list of bugs to put in Bugzilla that I've not got around
to adding. I'll add them today.

I'll send an email to the list about this once 0.4 is out of the way.
But basically as Charles says it's simply what we have now with more
bugs fixes plus Save, bitmap export and color editor. Which hopefully
gives us a useful tool.
