Ha! it wasn't your tabbed dialog, it was that warning that you are
"not exporting as XaraEPS so detail may be lost". I fixed that
a couple of minutes ago (InformGeneral was not deleting the
wxDialog it uses). It exits normally on my machine. Try getting
the latest version of
  wxOil/errors.cpp
and see if that works for you.
