This normally means you do not have wxrc on your system (that's what
the perl program is trying to run). Try just typing "wxrc" and see
if it is on the path.
At a guess, you are running Gentoo with wxWidgets 2.6.3.2 from portage,
which has a known bug in it that wxrc is not installed. If that's
the one, Mart (hi) might be able to help you as I think he was doing a
new package last night. Else you can build wxWidgets from scratch.
