[XaraXtreme-dev] wxAUI

I've just got wxAUI committed to the wxWidgets 2.7 CVS repository.
This will hopefully increase development speed and bug fixing.

My plan henceforward is to:
* Adapt wxAUI in 2.7 such that we can do our own mods through
  subclassing
* Replace the version in wxXtra (which is heavily patched)
  by a version either identical to, or automatically translatable
  from, the 2.7 repository version (unless and until it is
  backported to 2.6 CVS)

This should allow us to fix bugs more easily and stay in sync with
the version in CVS.
