resource.h is autogenerated. Can you try deleting the include of camtypes.h
as I put it anew in resources.cpp. It may be it doesn't like including
a pch twice.

If this fixes it, try editing Scripts/bin2cpp.pl and remove the line
which outputs the "#include camtypes" and check in.
