I have checked this in. I've tested under 2.6 not 2.8 (which I don't
at this minute have to hand) and it works fine.

I had to munge the hotkeys file as for some reason the diff wouldn't
apply. I don't understand why as it appears to be taken from svn diff
and wasn't a whitespace problem. So if I've killed a hotkey, my
apologies.
