Martin,

I'm working on other things now. I figured I had set up the basic
framework for click handling. Rendering interfaces are up to you.

Bear in mind that I have a bunch of pending changes that make rulers
handle multiple spreads. I was trying to hold them back so that I could
commit a lot of other stuff at the same time but it looks like I'm going
to have to commit it all. Hopefully, I'll be able to do this before you
need to commit your changes.
