There are no files called attrsets.cpp/.h.  sgname.cpp/.h is not
included in the Xtreme Windows build.  The name gallery is actually
provided by several files called ng*.cpp/.h

I seem to remember there was some question over whether we could release
the bfx files under the GPL but can't remember the details and can't
find it in my email.

We seem to be missing some files in svn (first two I presume
are in the kernel)
	Kernel/attrsets.cpp
	Kernel/attrsets.h
	Kernel/bfxalu.h
	Kernel/bfxalu.cpp
	Kernel/bfxasm.h
	Kernel/bfxasm.cpp
	Kernel/bfxpixop.h
	Kernel/bfxpixop.cpp

attrsets is used by the name gallery, the bfx stuff is used
by the tracer.

Any chance of getting them added?
