Yes, sort of. The physical left hand margin is always the origin of 
the ruler, so it is reflected implicitly anyway. The physical right 
hand margin will probably have to be reflected graphically in some way 
to give a clear indication where the ruler right hand margin is with 
respect to the physical right hand margin. Since we need some 
graphical element for that anyway, we might just as well display it at 
the ruler origin position, too, to indicate the physical left hand 
margin. This also gives an instant feedback to the user that he is 
looking at a text ruler bar and not the normal page rulers.However, 
the physical margins would most definitely not be draggable.
